You may occasionally encounter errors when trying to make an in-app purchase. These issues are usually related to your platform account or payment setup and can often be resolved quickly.
Before contacting support, try the troubleshooting steps below based on your device.
Android
If you're experiencing purchase issues on Android, try the following:
• Make sure you’re signed in with the correct and active Google account
• Open your Google Play account and verify your payment method and billing address
• Update your Google Play Store app to the latest version
• Restart the game and try again, as servers may have been temporarily busy
iOS
If you're playing on iOS, check the following:
• Ensure In-App Purchases are enabled:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > App Installations & Purchases > In-App Purchases
• Confirm your device has the correct date and time settings
• Verify that your Apple ID payment method is valid and your card’s security code is entered correctly
• Make sure you’ve accepted the latest iTunes Terms and Conditions by signing out and back into Media & Purchases
(Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Sign Out, then sign back in)
• Contact your credit card provider to check for any restrictions on in-app purchases
