Payment Methods on iOS

All purchases made on iOS are processed directly through your Apple ID. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region.


Accepted Payment Methods

While availability depends on location, the most commonly supported payment options include:

Credit and debit cards
iTunes gift cards
iTunes Store gift certificates

Your Apple account will only display payment options supported in your country.


Add or Remove a Payment Method

To manage your Apple ID payment methods, follow these steps:

1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Select View Apple ID and sign in if prompted
4. Tap Manage Payments to see your saved payment methods

From here you can:

• Tap Add Payment Method to add a new one
• Tap Edit in the top-right corner to remove an existing method
• Swipe left on a payment method to delete it

When you are finished making changes, tap Done to save.


Reordering or Updating Payment Methods

You can also update details or change the order of your saved payment methods by following the same steps above.

Keeping your payment information accurate and up to date helps prevent purchase errors.
