Why Am I Losing Connection?

If you’re experiencing connection drops while playing, there can be several possible causes. Since the game requires a stable online connection, interruptions may affect gameplay.

• Temporary network congestion
• A low-performance device
• Server maintenance or temporary downtime

When the connection becomes unstable, you may see a warning icon in-game. The game will attempt to reconnect automatically, but gameplay may be affected during this time.

How to Improve Your Connection

For the best experience, we recommend playing on a stable and reliable network.

Keep in mind that having full Wi-Fi bars or mobile signal does not always guarantee a strong connection. Networks can become overloaded or unstable, especially:

• When traveling in a moving vehicle
• While using underground public transport
• On crowded or shared Wi-Fi networks

Whenever possible, play using a strong Wi-Fi connection from a reliable provider, or a stable 3G/4G/5G mobile data connection.
